Med, izlomljenu čokoladu i margarin isečen na listiće staviti u dublju šerpu i zagrevati na tihoj vatri da se istopi. Dodati i šećer. Kad se sve rastopi, dodati pahuljice, kornfleks i suvo voće, pa lepo izmešati da se sve sjedini, a onda izručiti u podmazan pleh. Pritiskati rukom da se smesa sabije, pa onda preko staviti providnu foliju (ili rasečenu kesu), pa preko nje staviti nešto teško. Ostaviti da prenoći u frižideru. Kada se kolač stegne preliti glazurom od bele čokolade.<br /></div>

Ako ga kuvate na tihoj vatri nije potrebno mešanje, ali to traje oko 2 sata. Kada kašikom uzmete malo krema (mleka sa šećerom) i padaju dve kapi naporedo sa kašike, znacete da je gotovo. Onda dodati maslac ili margarin i nastaviti sa mućenjem na tihoj vatri dok se masa ne sjedini. <br />Ostaviti krem da se malo prohladi, ali ne previše.<br />Filovati oblande još toplim kremom, (zadnja se ne filuje), a onda ih odozgo pritisnuti težim predmetom i ostaviti da se ohlade.<br />Prilikom kuvanja paziti da se krem ne prekuva, jer će se oblanda ušećeriti, ali da ne bude ni suviše redak. Pri kraju kuvanja je obavezno mešanje da krem ne zagori ili se ne zgrudva.</div>

<br /><br /><span style="color: #660000;"><b>Sastojci :</b></span><br /><br /><br /> 500 g brašna <a href="http://www.cekovic.com/?lang=en"><span style="color: #660000;"><b>Čeković mlin</b></span></a><br /> 250-300 ml tople vode<br /> 25 g svežeg kvasca<br /> 1 kašika soli<br /> 1 kašičica šećera<br /> <br /><br />Kvasac pomešati sa šećerom,malo vode i kašikom brašna pa ostaviti na toplom da se aktivira.U dublju posudu sjediniti brašno i so pa potom dodati aktivirani kvasac i sve zamesiti sa toplom vodom .Mesiti testo da se ne lepi za ruke pa ga prekriti krpom i ostaviti na toplom da naraste.<br />Naraslo testo prebaciti na radnu površinu sa puno brašna pa uvaljati u brašno sa svih strana - oko 2 šake brašna i oblikovati u veknu.<br />Testo pokriti krpom i ostaviti da još malo naraste dok se prazna šerpa dobro zagreje u rerni na 200C.<br />U zagrejanoj šerpi staviti pripremljeno testo, pokriti poklopcem i staviti da se hleb peče na 200C oko 50 minuta. Pred kraj pečenja - oko 10 minuta hleb izvaditi iz rerne, skloniti poklopac i vratiti šerpu nazad sa hlebom da se peče kako bi korica blago porumenela i poprimila zlatno žutu boju.<br />Pečen hleb izvaditi iz rerne i šerpe.<br /><br /><br /> Ja sam hleb pekla u pekaču tako da sam i oblik prilagodila njemu .Ovaj hleb može da se peče i u keramičkoj šerpi ili u nekoj drugoj kojoj neće goreti ručkice.</div>

Čia semenke potopiti sa vodom i ostaviti da nabubre<br />
U 2,5 dcl mlake vode staviti 50 g šećera i 1 kašiku suvog kvasca.<br />
Ostaviti da se kvasac aktivira 5 minuta pa dodati 80 ml ulja,čia semenk, so i brašno. Zamesiti testo, i ostaviti da nadolazi.<br />
Nadošlo testo preručiti na radnu površinu ,premesiti i podeliti na 8 delova.<br />
Svaki deo razvaljati u pravougaonik veličine 30x13 cm i urolati .<br />
Staviti u pleh prethodno obložen papirom i ostaviti da još malo narastu 30 minuta.<br />
Izmešati 50 ml vode i 1 ravnu kašičicu brašna, premazati prutiće posuti lanom i peći na 180 stepeni 25 minuta.<br />
<br />
Umesto pereca može da se prave i manje kiflice.<br />

Kore iseći na kvadratiće 10×10 cm.Penasto umutiti jaja, dodati ulje, jogurt, sir, prašak za pecivo i sve dobro promešati. Na kraju dodati spanać i sjediniti sa pripremljenom smesom.Kalupe za mafine premazati sa malo ulja.Položiti jedan listić premazati uljem, staviti još jedan listić, ponovo premazati uljem i u sredinu naneti punu kašiku fila, fino skupiti krajeve i složiti u kalup za mafin. Postupak ponavljati dok ima materijala.Peći u ugrejanoj rerni na 200°C pa smanjiti na 180°C dok korpice ne porumene.<br /></div>

<br /><br /><br />Sastojci :<br /><br />200 g putera<br />2 jaja<br />200 g šećera<br />1 dl mleka<br />500 - 600 g brašna <a href="http://www.cekovic.com/contact-us/?lang=en"><span style="color: #660000;"><b>Čeković mlin</b></span></a><br />1 kesica praška za pecivo<br />prah šećer za posipanje<br /><br />Penasto umutiti margarin i šećer.Potom dodati jaja ,mleko, prašak za pecivo i brašno pa zamesiti tvrđe testo( ako je testo meko dodati još brašna kako bi testo moglo lakše da izlazi kroz modlu ).<br />Umešeno testo staviti u mašinu za meso u kojoj su predhodno stavljeni nastavci (modlice)za kolače i praviti zvezdasti oblik.Seći veličinu po želji pa spojiti krajeve u krug i ređati u pleh obložen papirom za pečenje.<br />Peći na 150 - 200 stepeni pazeći da keks ne izgori treba da ostane beo.<br />Pečene kekse uvaljati u prah šećer.<br /><br />Ako nemate nastavke za kolače za mašinu može i sa drugim modlicama koje imate da se prave razni oblici.</div>
