za žutu koru :
5 jaja,
pola kašičice soli,
1 kesica praška za pecivo,
2 dl jogurta,
150 g brašna Čeković mlin
Crvena kora:
5 jaja,
pola kašičice soli,
1 kesica praška za pecivo,
2 dl jogurta,
150 g brašna Čeković mlin ,
100 g kuvane ispasirane šargarepe,
50 g kečapa.
Zelena kora :
5 jaja,
pola kašičice soli,
1 kesica praška za pecivo,
2 dl jogurta,
150 g brašna Čeković mlin ,
150 g spanaća.
Fil :
600 g sitnog sira ,
200 g kisele pavlake,
300 g sitno seckane šunke
Premaz i posipanje :
200g kisele pavlake ,
200 g rendanog kačkavalja
Odvojiti žumanca od belanca .Belanca umutiti u čvrst sneg a žumanca sastaviti sa pecivom , i solju pa mutiti.Potom dodati jogurt i brašno , sve sjediniti i polako dodavati belanca.Masu polako sastaviti i preručiti u pleh obložen papirom zapečenje.Rernu zagrejati na 250 stepeni i peći koru dok blago ne porumeni.
Isti postupak mućenja kore ponoviti još dva puta stim da se u drugu koru dodaje pasirana šargarepa i kečap a u trću sitno seckani spanać.Sastaviti sir , pavlaku i šunku pa filovati sa pola fila prvo žutu koru na nju staviti crvenu premazati drugom polovinom fila, preko zelena kora .Kiselu pavlaku naneti na zadnju koru i posuti rendanim kačkavaljem.Ostaviti da se stegne i seći na štanglice.
